So, I happen to be a fan of "substance over beauty and beauty within" and so this affects my taste in the opposite sex. See, some people I associate with don't understand this. They'd rather date attractive meat heads. Not that I'm saying that you have to be one or the other, just that they base choosing their companions on a physical situations.
That is not me.
I am in love with the mind. I'd rather have a stimulating conversation, or heated argument or actually be interested in what the boy is saying. This has resulted in me, as one of my friends would say, "chasing the nerds." 
Hey, just cause I am not shallow. I like being challenged. I like conversations about things that I don't understand. I like the idea of seeing people for who they are (whether that be brave and kindhearted, caring and passionate or bookish and shy), instead of what they look like
